Tbh, This is unfortunate this product under-performed and was very much easily discovered by the anti-cheat after claiming to be UD, Staff of CheesyProducts where great and sympathetic, unlike the support staff of the product itself, where rude and didn't seem to care wouldn't buy this product again nor support the makes but will be purchasing from cheesy again. <3

Hi here's my review of my experience with CheesyProducts. For starters, to make people understand, I am playing from a LENOVO LEGION laptop. (I will explain later regarding this). I've had quite a ride. Upon purchasing both products, as anyone else would, start installing the product/s. HOWEVER, there little to no instructions regarding the products in hand. So installing and running into NUMERIOUS issues with both products, having to go back and forth with the CHEESY team, and their DEV's, eventually, after a day, I finally got it working, and I can confirm and vouch, that these products are amazing. The customer service recieved from these guys, are amazing.... Dont get me wrong, although it was alot of "time wasting", it was not the teams fault. The fact that laptops and LENOVO in general are just hard to deal with, and not to mention constant updates to the "Products", makes it hard for the Cheesy team to update the info across all platforms and website. Even though, and i did, and do apologise for my actions, I was annoyed, angry to the point I was going to just give up. They assisted me to the best of their abilities and got it done. Heck they even conpensated me for the ammount of issues I had, even though, it was not their fault/issues. Reviews on products:- Instruction Manual = 2/10 (litterally outdated and needs update, but is near on impossible with DEV's constant updates and little communication to the team) Products = 8/10 (They are amazing once it works) Customer Service = 9/10 (The amount of patience, they had with me, and understood my issues, and to follow with compensation) Overall. CheesyProducts are amazing, but the only issue I would say, is the DEV and the Cheesy Team needs to update the info on the instructions and the website. Thank again guys

Solid Cheese, One account did get banned after 24 hours, however I probably cheesed too hard & got a manual. Been going solid on a 2nd account for awhile now no issues / bans. Cheese works good and is very customizable.
